We work during business off hours, we use low odor low voc paints when neccessary, No project is too small or too large, from small remodel work or touch ups to large multi-floor common area upgrades and remodels.

We offer our services to the residential arena to a select group of distinctive residential clients including Builders, Developers, Designers and Architects. We have done many Custom and unique projects. We Specialize in Occupied Remodels and have successfully completed many occupied remodels, including expansions, remodels and renovations. Some of our residential projects have been for celebrities, executives and athletes throughout Southern California.

We have completed several High Profile Historical Apartment, Loft and Multi-Use conversion projects in Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles.

We have remodeled and and upgraded many Hotels and Spas in Southern California including Four Seasons, Ritz, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, The L.A. Standard, Soffitel, Loew's, Marriot, Hyatt to name a few.

Warehouses, Tilt-ups and Business Parks
We have been involved with new construction and remodels of many prominent Business Parks, Warehouses and Tilt-ups throughout Southern California from small single story buildings, large multi building business parks and campuses to stand alone buildings some as large as 250,000 square feet.

We have many years of experience with all types of wall covering materials, that are installed by our own employee's, we don't subcontract out, we are certified by several manufacturer's, we are capable of installing all types of materials including but not limited to: Vinyl, Fabric, Olefin, Silk, Linens, Wood Veneer, Wall Carpet, Tack boards, Tackable panels, Acoustical panels, stretched fabric track systems, Dry erasable vinyl, cork, murals, graphics, Digital image Wall graphics, hand made materials, all local, national and international brands are installed. We also offer Removal of existing wall covering and wall preparation including skim coating and wall repair.


Floor Coatings And Floor Preparation
We have many years of experience with all types of floor coating materials, that are installed by our own employee's, we don't subcontract out, we are certified by several manufacturer's, we are capable of preparing the substrate and installing all types of materials including but not limited to: Sealers, Epoxies, Urethanes, Anti-Slip textured coatings, Deck coatings, Concrete stains, Bead blasting, Acid etching, Scarifying, Sanding, Patching, all local, national and international brands are installed.
